We proudly offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee because we stand by the quality of every Orylo™ product.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right, no hassle, no stress.

This guarantee covers:

• Product issues (performance, results, etc.)
• Skin sensitivity concerns
• Defective or damaged items
• Gifts or bundle-related questions

Depending on your situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a partial or full refund.

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a physical return:

• The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
• You must contact us to request a return within 14 days of delivery

If your product qualifies:

1. Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
2. Once approved, you will receive the return address and next steps.
3. After we inspect the return, we issue a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).

🕒 Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

🚚 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
